I was born and raised on a farm here in Holmes County, Ohio. I grew up around equipment and started learning to run it when I was barely big enough to reach the pedals. That is where I learned that good work comes down to preparation, patience, and doing the job right.
I started Holmes Property Services to give local property owners someone dependable to call—someone who gives straight answers, shows up ready to work, and treats every property with respect.
This company is owner-operated. The person you speak with is the same person responsible for the equipment, the workmanship, and the finished result. From building pads and excavation to grading and drainage, I stand behind every project with my name on it.
